I want you to be happy with whatever it is that you purchase from me.
If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction for any reason, contact me upon receipt and I will work with you to correct the situation.
I will replace, repair or alter the item as needed.
You may also choose to return the item. All exchanges and returns need to be shipped back to me within 14 days of receipt – I advise insuring the package. When I receive the item I will refund your paypal account for the purchase price.
I need to have “policies” in place for most orders but I am very flexible about things – I understand that some things are purchased as gifts and the timing for return doesn’t work within that range. That is fine – I just ask that you communicate with me.
Custom rings made to your size are unique. Please be as sure as possible that you are ordering the correct size.
I never have any access to your payment information – PayPal has all of that so I never see your banking or credit card information.
